Who can join the Family Plan?
Homeowners and residential tenants in any of our three service areas — Broward, Miami-Dade, and the Jacksonville area. It is a residential plan only; if you run a business, call us and we'll talk about what fits.
Does membership replace the quote?
No. Every job still gets a free estimate and a written, fixed price before any work starts. Your membership discount is applied to that quote, so you see the member price before you say yes.
What does the six-month check-up cover?
A walk through the house's plumbing: water heater, visible supply and drain lines, fixtures, shut-off valves, and the outdoor spigots. You get a plain-language rundown of what's fine, what's wearing, and what can wait.
What counts as a priority visit?
A visit you need sooner rather than later — a leak that won't wait for a scheduled slot, for example. Inner Circle members get one every six months at no extra charge; The Don gets them without limit. Standard scheduling is always free of call-out fees for every member.
